Rowland Hall has struggled against American Prep WV recently, as their game on Tuesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Meanwhile, Waterford entered their tilt with Maeser Prep Academy with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Waterford claimed a resounding 51-11 victory over Maeser Prep Academy at home. Waterford has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 22 points or more this season.
Rowland Hall's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Waterford, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-6.
Rowland Hall barely slipped by Waterford in their previous meeting back in February of 2023, winning 53-52. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Waterford's Carson Reynolds, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds. Now that he won't be playing on Friday, will it be that much easier for Rowland Hall to walk away with another win? There's only one way to find out.
