Meanwhile, after a string of five wins, Shekinah Christian's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They were outmatched by Genoa Christian Academy at home and fell 47-18. Having soared to a lofty 62 points in the game before, Shekinah Christian couldn't push the score so high this time.
Patriot Prep Academy's victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Shekinah Christian, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-5.
