Ouachita Christian extended the longest winning streak in 1A District 2 this week by beating Arcadia, 51-0. The win marks eighth in a row for the the Eagles.
Ouachita Christian took down the Hornets 51-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Quin Graves threw for 130 yards and three touchdowns and ran for eight yards in the win.
Steven Fitzhugh's team's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Josh Pennebaker chipped in 80 yards. Tanner Pennebaker helped Ouachita Christian's passing attack out by catching one ball for 44 yards.
Colby Webb was the best wideout in the league this week as the Eagles defeated Arcadia. Webb tallied four receptions for 63 yards.
Ouachita Christian's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Eagles feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Graves has thrown for 937 yards and 11 touchdowns this season, while Webb has 30 catches for 484 yards. Ahkeem Henderson leads the league in rushing with 460 yards.
The top two teams in 1A District 2 will face off this week when first place Ouachita Christian takes on second place Cedar Creek. Last week, Ouachita Christian topped Samuel Harris' team, while Cedar Creek bested Louisiana New Tech.
