This is the second loss in a row for Bassett and  nudges their season record down to 4-4. As for Magna Vista, the  win keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.
 Bassett didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  51-14  victory against Martinsville on the 24th. As for Magna Vista, they have also already played their next game,  a  62-8  win against Tunstall on the 24th.
