Elk Grove's win came from a few key players Sheldon will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was  Hudson Hall, who rushed for 33 yards and a pair of  TDs.
 Elk Grove was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 437  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've posted since back in November of 2024.
 Elk Grove didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of  Austin Maze and  Dominic Vazquez. Vazquez is also on a roll when it comes to  total tackles, as he's  now  made six or more in each of the last ten games he's  played dating back to last season.
 The  victory was their first  on the road , bumping their record up to 3-4. As for Sheldon, their loss dropped their record down to 0-8.
 Sheldon suffered a grim  32-7 defeat to Elk Grove  when the teams last played  back in October of 2024. Thankfully for the Huskies,  David Hale (who rushed for 51 yards and three  scores) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
