Jersey Village has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will take on the Cypress Creek Cougars at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Friday, Jersey Village didn't have too much trouble with Cypress Ridge at home as they won 62-44.
Meanwhile, Cypress Creek was fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Cy-Fair 62-34 at home. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 43-12.
Jersey Village is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a massive bump to their 14-8 record this season. As for Cypress Creek, their victory bumped their record up to 7-13.
Jersey Village came up short against Cypress Creek in their previous matchup back in January, falling 41-37. Thankfully for Jersey Village, Amari Chambers (who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
