Bartlett found their leader in underclassman Eric Walker II, who rushed for 195 yards while picking up 10.3 yards per carry, and also picked up 76 receiving yards. Walker II was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 57 yards.
Bartlett's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged two passes before it was all said and done. The picks came courtesy of Tristan Evans and Jordan Castellanos. De?Montrel Medlock was a one-man wrecking crew for Mart as he rushed for 134 yards and four touchdowns. Medlock didn't just play on offense: he also forced a fumble and made 11 total tackles (1.0 for loss).
Bartlett's win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-1. As for Mart, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.
