There's no place like home for South Summit, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They breezed past the North Summit Braves to the tune of 42-13 on Friday. The Wildcats pushed the score to 42-6 by the end of the third, a deficit the Braves cut but never quite recovered from.

Ian Mair was a one-man wrecking crew as he threw for 340 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 11.3 yards per attempt, and also punched in one TD on the ground.

The victory got South Summit back to even at 1-1. As for North Summit, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.

South Summit didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 29-21 loss against Juab on the 29th. As for North Summit, they have also already played their next game, a 20-13 defeat against Rich on the 29th.
