Despite the loss, Mars still got an impressive performance from Ryan Ceh, who dropped a double-double on 31 points and ten rebounds. Remi Black was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with nine rebounds.
Mars has not been sharp recently as the team's lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-11 record this season. As for Chartiers Valley, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-10.
Mars does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Chartiers Valley, they will be playing at home against North Hills at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Pennsylvania (North Hills is ranked 114th, while Chartiers Valley is ranked 118th).
