After flying high against Glenns Ferry last Wednesday, Raft River came back down to earth. The Raft River Trojans lost 76-54 to the Hagerman Pirates on Friday. Raft River has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season. As for Hagerman, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 9-4.
Raft River will head out to challenge Sun Valley Community at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hagerman, they will face off against Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Valley knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past nine matches -- so hopefully Hagerman likes a good challenge.
