The Howard Hawks scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Tapestry Charter 42-8 at home. The win was just what Howard needed coming off of a 41-21 loss in their prior matchup.
Howard found their leader in underclassman Zoe McLaughlin, who scored 14 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points McLaughlin has scored all season.
Howard now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Tapestry Charter, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Howard will square off against Cumberland Academy of Georgia at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
