Bishop Verot High School - Fort Myers, Fla.
Eva Dupay, a freshman hitter for Bishop Verot High School in Fort Myers, Fla., has been named the MaxPreps/AVCA Florida High School volleyball Player of the Week.
She earned the award for her strong play in leading the Vikings to a 22-5 record thus far in the season, including wins in eight of their last 10 contests. Through her last five games, Dupay has racked up 24 kills, for an average of 4.8 kills per game during that span. The freshman attacker also contributed to her team's efforts defensively, recording four blocks and totaling 27 digs, to average 5.4 digs per game.
Bishop Verot is coached by Wynn DePasquale.
