Mulberry escaped with a win against Avon Park by the margin of a single free throw, 60-59. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Mulberry got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kai Hodges out in front who scored 15 points. Alex Fisher was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with 8 rebounds.
