Wellman-Union's defeat dropped their record down to 8-15. As for Anton, their win bumped their record up to 8-12.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wellman-Union will take on Amherst at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Wellman-Union is facing Amherst at the right time seeing as Amherst is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Anton, they will square off against Cotton Center at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
