On Saturday, Garfield Heights escaped with a win against Beachwood by the margin of a single free throw, 41-40.

Meanwhile, Ravenna's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. The game between Ravenna and Chaney wasn't particularly close, with Ravenna falling 50-32.
Garfield Heights' victory bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Ravenna, their loss was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 3-10.
