Fox Chapel's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Will Siegel, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds and three steals. Jefferson Moorefield-Brown was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with three steals.
The win got Pine-Richland back to even at 2-2. As for Fox Chapel, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
Pine-Richland will be home for the holidays to greet Moon Area at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Fox Chapel, they will head out on the road to face off against Seneca Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Pennsylvania (Seneca Valley is ranked 311th, while Fox Chapel is ranked 314th).
