Klondike was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to third in 1A 6 Man 1 Region I District 4 (6 Man). Earlier in the week, the Cougars triumphed over O'Donnell 52-0.
Borden extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Grady, 86-38. The victory was the fourth in a row for the team.
Borden's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Tanner Richey threw for 64 and two touchdowns and TJ Basquez had 60 yards receiving. On the ground Richey chipped in 440 yards.
Borden's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Coyotes feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Richey has thrown for 446 yards and seven touchdowns this season, while Basquez has 15 catches for 324 yards. Richey also leads the league in rushing with 2968 yards.
A big matchup in 1A 6 Man 1 Region I District 4 (6 Man) this week will be when the Eagles take on Trey Richey's team. At the moment, O'Donnell is in seventh, while the Coyotes are in first.
