West Lincoln can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They came out on top against West Caldwell by a score of 31-23.
Newton-Conover's defeat dropped their record down to 6-15. As for West Lincoln, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-13.
Newton-Conover came up short against West Lincoln when the teams last played back in January, falling 40-28. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of West Lincoln's Carolina Robinson, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 20 rebounds.
