Central Lyon pushed their record up to 16-5 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.3 points over those games. As for Emmetsburg, their loss dropped their record down to 14-10.
Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Lions duke it out with the Wildcats on Friday. West Lyon will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Central Lyon surely won't give up without a fight. Emmetsburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
