Dylan Cerciello Delivers Best Performance of Season
On Friday, Saddle Brook had to settle for second even though Dylan Cerciello put up the best numbers he has all season. Cerciello rushed for 185 yards and five touchdowns. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in August of 2023. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 105 rushing yards dating back to last season.
On the year, Cerciello has run in 11 touchdowns while averaging 100 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he had four rushing touchdowns.

Jayden Gatyas posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He made seven total tackles. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 52 yards.

Hasbrouck Heights picked up their third consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Michael Napolitano. Napolitano turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 207 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.4 yards per carry. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 207 rushing yards dating back to last season.
This season, Napolitano has run in 13 touchdowns while averaging 168.9 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 10.71 rushing yards per game.

Pj Coffey and Co. Win Seventh in a Row
Pj Coffey's big game helped extend Butler's winning streak to seven on Friday. Coffey turned in nothing short of a gem, picking up 128 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Butler's win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-0. Coffey and Butler will challenge Glen Rock at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

David Smith Has Career-Day on Friday
David Smith was instrumental in extending Butler's winning streak to seven on Friday. Becton had no answer to Smith as he threw for 188 yards and two touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes, and also rushed for 60 yards and a touchdown. The dominant performance gave Smith a new career-high in rushing yards.
For the year, Smith has thrown 19 touchdowns (and and only 1 pick) while averaging 154.9 passing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he had two passing touchdowns.
