The struggle was real when Kingsman Academy and National Collegiate Prep clashed on Friday, but the former ultimately edged out the latter 2-0. The game brought Kingsman Academy to 1-0 and dropped National Collegiate Prep to a mirror-image 0-1.
Both teams will be heading out of the conference in their next games. Next week, Kingsman Academy take on Mercersburg Academy at 7:00 PM. National Collegiate Prep have some extra time to regroup and restrategize before their next contest, which is against Surrattsville at 2:00 PM in two weeks.
