Perry fell 54-41 to Canton Central Catholic on Friday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Perry has scored all season.
Despite the loss, Perry had strong showings from Nico Martelli, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds, and Luke Wolf, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds. The contest was Wolf's fifth in a row with at least ten points.
It was another big night for Luke Vlacovsky, who scored 19 points along with eight rebounds for Canton Central Catholic. That makes it four consecutive games in which Vlacovsky has scored at least 25% of Canton Central Catholic's points. Jonathan Stangl was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with seven rebounds.
Perry now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Canton Central Catholic, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
