East was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs while going 3-for-3.
 In other batting news, Fountain Lake got a  massive  performance out of  Kinsley Burks, who  went 2-for-3 with six  RBI, three  runs,  and a  triple.  Ellie Johnson was another key contributor,  going 2-for-5 with a  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs.
 Waldron's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Fountain Lake, their win bumped their record up to 6-4.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Waldron will take on Clarksville at 4:30  p.m.  on Friday. As for Fountain Lake, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ozark at 4:30  p.m.  on Friday. Fountain Lake is facing Ozark at the right time seeing as Ozark is stuck on  a  six-game losing streak.
