Greenville lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jack Chick, who scored six points along with six rebounds and five assists. Chick set a new season high mark in blocks with two. Drew Hamilton was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with eight rebounds and three steals.
Even though they lost, Greenville were smashing the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Sidney's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Greenville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-10.
Sidney will head out on the road to face off against Troy at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Greenville, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Tippecanoe at 7:15 p.m. Tippecanoe presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Greenville in Ohio (Tippecanoe is ranked 172nd, while Greenville is ranked 754th).
