Johns Creek was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after. The Gladiators came in at 21 in the state poll after placing at number 27 last week.
Chattahoochee made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 1,799 from 1,955.
6-foot-4 quarterback A.J. Erdely of West Forsyth is the league leader in passing yards this season with 935. He has also thrown nine touchdowns. On the ground, Johns Creek's Skye Overton has rushed for 431 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Christian Robinson. The Centennial star has 33 catches for 529 yards.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between the Wolverines and the Gladiators. West Forsyth comes into the matchup ranked fifth in the state, while Johns Creek ranks 21st.
There should be lots of points scored when the Wolverines and the Gladiators face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, West Forsyth comes in having scored 219 this season, while Johns Creek has scored 166.
