The Snowflake Lobos will head out on the road to challenge the Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
After a string of three wins, Snowflake's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. The contest between them and Holbrook wasn't particularly close, with Snowflake falling 48-34. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Snowflake has scored all season.
Show Low typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Blue Ridge proved too difficult a challenge. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 60-58 victory over the Cougars. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Snowflake's defeat dropped their record down to 16-9. As for Blue Ridge, their victory bumped their record up to 8-13.
Snowflake couldn't quite finish off Blue Ridge in their previous meeting two weeks ago and fell 48-46. Can Snowflake avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
