Arundel had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt South River on Thursday.  On the hitting side,  Dom Erculiani was  incredible,  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances with two  stolen bases and three  runs. Those  two  stolen bases gave  him a new career-high.  Jacob Pruski also deserves some recognition as  he  got his first  hit of the season.
 Arundel was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .375. They are  a perfect 4-0 when  they post a batting average of .375 or better.
The  win  got Arundel back to even at 10-10. As for South River, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-7.
 Looking ahead, Arundel will head out on the road to  take on  Decatur  at 12:00  p.m.  on Saturday. The Seahawks' pitching crew has only allowed 2.5  runs per game  this season, so the Wildcats' hitters will have their work cut out for them. South River does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
