The Harrison Huskies will head out on the road to face off against the Clarkstown North Rams at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Harrison focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 18 on Saturday.
Last Saturday, Harrison was able to grind out a solid win over Spring Valley, taking the game 58-49. The victory was just what Harrison needed coming off of a 72-47 defeat in their prior matchup.
Harrison relied on the efforts of Jon Gjelaj, who scored 12 points, and Joseph Crupi, who scored 23 points along with 3 steals. Crupi is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Gabe Enaye, who scored 6 points along with 6 steals.
Meanwhile, Clarkstown North had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They had to suffer through a rough 74-32 loss at the hands of White Plains.
Harrison's victory bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Clarkstown North, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
