Branson Beal Delivers Best Performance of Season
Branson Beal produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Albany to the win on Friday. Beal rushed for 144 yards and five touchdowns on only 11 carries, and also picked up 46 receiving yards and a touchdown. His longest rush was for an impressive 65 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
The victory (which was Albany's fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-2. Beal and Albany will be playing at home against Cross Plains at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
