The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Victory Christian in their matchups with the Patriots: they've now lost six in a row.
Heritage Christian Academy found their leader in underclassman Nimi Metiko, who scored 16 points. Cody Buetow was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Victory Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Heritage Christian Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-9.
