High school football playoffs are underway in Texas with champions set to be crowned in 12 divisions across six classifications.

The Class 6A Division 1 bracket features many of the state's top programs, with Katy (No. 1 in MaxPreps Computer Rankings), No. 3 Duncanville, No. 4 Southlake Carroll, No. 6 North Shore, No. 7 Arlington Martin, No. 8 Allen and No. 9 Rockwall among those vying to be the last one standing.

AT&T Stadium will host the state championship game Saturday, Dec. 21. Kickoff is scheduled for 3 p.m.
