After having lost a blowout in their previous game against La Plata, North Point was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the McDonough Rams 11-3. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matchups by eight runs or more this season.
Alyssa Blaney made a big impact no matter where she played. She struck out eight batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off seven hits (and not a single walk).
