Liberty came out on top against Seymour on Monday thanks in part to Ava Heming's efforts. Heming wasn't messing around, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-2. The match was her third straight with at least one stolen base.

Heming and Liberty will challenge Macomb at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Heming had to take a defeat the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their contest back in March of 2024 9-2.
