Comanche was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from eighth to fifth in 2A District 3. The Indians defeated Walters 39-32 earlier in the week.
Frederick lost to Lone Grove 56-20 last week, the largest margin of any game. DEYONE MILLER caught 8 passes for 94 yards in the defeat.
On the heels of Alex Hinshaw and Hunter Rice, Comanche has had great success on offense. Hinshaw is tops in the league in passing with 123 yards, while Rice has rushed for 293 yards this season. Frederick's MILLER leads the league in receiving yards with 94 on 8 catches.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Hobart takes on Lindsay. The Bearcats are in second place, while the Leopards are in fourth place.
Hobart led the league in scoring this week by notching 52 points on Hobart.
