The Widefield Gladiators are taking a road trip to  square off against the Palmer Terrors  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Widefield is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5  goals per game  this season.
 Widefield is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Rampart  last Thursday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with  a  3-3 draw.
 Widefield hit Rampart with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from 
 Ryan Vsetecka, 
 Jayden Lee,  and 
 Steven Willard.
 Meanwhile,  winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better  (just ask Palmer). They walked away with  a   3-1  victory over Sierra  on Friday.
 Widefield's  draw makes their record 6-3-1  this season. As for Palmer, their win bumped their record up to 2-6.
 Widefield took their  victory against Palmer  when the teams last played  back in October of 2023 by a conclusive  5-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Widefield since the  team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
