The Sterling Silver Knights lost against the Haddon Heights Garnets back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Sterling suffered a tough 67-45 loss at the hands of the Garnets. Sterling has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Several Silver Knights players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ireland Kay, who scored ten points. Lexi Kuhn was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with five rebounds.
Sterling's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-9. As for Haddon Heights, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.
Sterling will be playing at home against the Thundering Herd at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Haddon Heights, they will head out on the road to take on the Hawks at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Haddon Township will be looking to keep their five-game home win streak alive.
