T.C. Roberson had a senior duo take command as Max McDowell scored 25 points along with six assists and two steals and Jacob McGraw almost dropped a double-double on 19 points and nine rebounds. McDowell has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last five times he's played. Caleb Mooney was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with six rebounds.
Meanwhile, A.C. Reynolds got the win against the Jets on Tuesday by a conclusive 78-53. The win was just what A.C. Reynolds needed coming off of a 75-30 defeat in their prior matchup.
T.C. Roberson's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-7. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.2 points per game. As for A.C. Reynolds, the win got them back to even at 9-9.
T.C. Roberson beat the Rockets 59-50 in their previous matchup back in February of 2023. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was A.C. Reynolds' Dashawn Stone, who almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine rebounds. Now that he won't be playing on Thursday, will it be that much easier for T.C.
