Greater Lowell Tech had to settle for second on Monday, but Amaya Flood sure wasn't going down easily. Flood was dynamite, striking out ten batters over six innings while giving up three earned runs off three hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than ten strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.
