Calhoun never got on the board in their matchup on Saturday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against North Greene on Monday. They blew past the Spartans 11-1. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won 11 matches by seven  runs or more  so far this season.
 Anabel Eilerman made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out seven batters over  three innings while giving up just one earned run off   three  hits (and not a single walk). She has been consistent recently: she hasn't  given up  more than one  earned run in four consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box,  going 1-for-2 with two  RBI and one  run. That's the most  RBI  she has posted since April 3rd.
 In other batting news,  Lacy Pohlman and  Kiera Sievers did most of the damage at the plate:  Pohlman  went a perfect 3-for-3 with four  runs, two  doubles,  and one  RBI, while  Sievers  went a perfect 2-for-2 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and two  doubles. Those  four  runs gave  Pohlman a new career-high.  Conley Klocke also deserves some recognition as  she  hit her first  triple of the season.
Calhoun moved to 13-6 with that  victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for North Greene, their defeat was  their fifth straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 2-11.
 Coming up, Calhoun will head out to  square off against Jersey  at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Warriors are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on  a  five-game losing streak. As for North Greene, they will host Beardstown  at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
