Wyatt Kimmel was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. He struck out seven batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and nine unearned) runs off seven hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 3-for-5.
In other batting news, Milton-Union got a big performance out of Logan Keys, who scored a run while getting on base in all five of his plate appearances. Jacob Grube was another key player, scoring two runs while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.
