Hadley Hatfield and Taylor Hampton certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Hatfield almost dropped a double-double on 16 points and nine assists, while Hampton dropped a double-double on 12 points and 12 boards. Hatfield is also crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season.
Even though they lost, Dove Creek smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive rebounds in seven consecutive matchups.
