Mariner kept a clean sheet against North Fort Myers on Friday. They put the hurt on the North Fort Myers Red Knights with a sharp 3-0 win. Considering the Tritons have won seven contests by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Thomas Castano-Rayo and Alessandro Gonzalez scored all three of Mariner's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 19 goals.

Mariner's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-0. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 38 goals over those seven games. As for North Fort Myers, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-8-2.

Mariner wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Berkeley Prep on the 14th. North Fort Myers will take on Island Coast in a holiday battle at at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. North Fort Myers is facing Island Coast at the right time seeing as Island Coast is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
