Jacob King ran for three touchdowns and
Matt Cain added three as well as
Port Townsend (Wash.) defeated Tacoma Baptist (Tacoma, Wash.) 62-0 on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a King touchdown run in the first quarter, the Redskins led 49-0 at the half.
Port Townsend grew its lead to 55 points entering the fourth quarter. PT scored once in the quarter on a
Domenic Zack touchdown run.
The Redskins raced to 28 in the first quarter alone and never looked back.
King played well for Port Townsend in the victory. The senior quarterback threw one touchdown and ran for three touchdowns. He has now scored 18 touchdowns on the season.
PT entered the contest giving up 21.7 points per game this year.
The Crusaders (0-7) faces off against Chief Leschi in a 2B Northwest game their next time out. The Warriors go into the week with a record of 0-6.
