Riverside-Durham's loss came despite strong showings from Jaden Butler and Robert Mc'Donald. Butler scored nine points along with eight rebounds and two steals, while Mc'Donald scored ten points along with two steals. Mc'Donald continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.
Chapel Hill's win bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Riverside-Durham, their loss dropped their record down to 11-5.
Chapel Hill will look to defend their home court on Friday against Northern Durham at 8:00 p.m. Northern Durham is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games. As for Riverside-Durham, they will head out on the road to face off against Jordan at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Jordan is on a three-game streak of home wins, Riverside-Durham a five-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court.
