The Exeter-Milligan Timberwolves lost against the Diller-Odell Griffin back in January of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Exeter-Milligan was beaten by the Griffin 60-30. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Exeter-Milligan in their matchups with the Griffin: they've now lost three in a row.
It was another big night for Myleigh Weers, who scored 32 points for Diller-Odell. That makes it five consecutive games in which Weers has scored at least a third of Diller-Odell's points. Baileigh Vilda was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Exeter-Milligan's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Diller-Odell, their win bumped their record up to 8-6.
Exeter-Milligan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Diller-Odell's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on February 1st. Johnson-Brock is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
