What's more, Lopez racked up 140.9 passer rating, the most he's had since back in November of 2024. Jaylan Barcenas helped Lopez out on the ground, rushing for 103 yards on only eight carries, while also catching one score.

Meanwhile, Rio Linda entered their tilt with Natomas last Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Nighthawks 33-12. Considering the Knights have won three games by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Casa Roble better keep an eye on Joseph Corey. He was instrumental in Rio Linda's win, rushing for 211 yards and a pair of touchdowns while picking up 10.0 yards per carry. Corey's longest rush was for an incredible 86 yards. CJ Cook made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
Rio Linda was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 298 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 155 rushing yards in seven consecutive matchups dating back to last season.
Rio Linda didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Cook and Louis Means. Cook got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Casa Roble's record now sits at 4-1. As for Rio Linda, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Everything went Casa Roble's way against Rio Linda when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as Casa Roble made off with a 28-3 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rams since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
