After a string of three wins, First Coast Christian's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They lost 12-1 to the St. John Lutheran Saints.

First Coast Christian's loss dropped their record down to 6-4-1. As for St. John Lutheran, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season.

First Coast Christian will face off against Christ's Church Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Knights' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Eagles have averaged an impressive 7.3 runs per game this season. As for St. John Lutheran, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Countryside Christian on the 10th.
