The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Willapa Valley in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now lost six in a row.
Willapa Valley's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tylar Keeton, who scored nine points along with eight rebounds. Lauren Matlock was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with 11 rebounds and two steals.
Willapa Valley's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Mossyrock, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-2.
Willapa Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Mossyrock also has no future games currently scheduled.
