The Star International Academy Falcons were successful in their previous meeting against the Universal Academy Eagles, and they didn't afford Universal Academy any payback this time around. The Falcons came out on top against Universal Academy by a score of 45-35 on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but Star International Academy sure is getting used to it with three in a row now.
The victory bumped Star International Academy's record up to 7-6. Universal Academy's loss pushed them down to 0-11.
Star International Academy will take on Taylor Prep on Tuesday. Star International Academy won't have the home-court advantage, but they do enjoy an advantage in the MaxPreps rankings. As for the Eagles, they will face off against Oakland Christian on Tuesday. Universal Academy is at home for the contest, a silver lining they hope will compensate for their disadvantage in the MaxPreps rankings.
