Tensas is 2-8 against the Bears since January of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Tensas Panthers will play host again and welcome the Delhi Bears, where tip off is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
After only two points in their last game, Tensas made sure to put some points up on the board against the Bears on Tuesday. Tensas secured a 69-65 W over the Bears.
Meanwhile, Delhi came tearing into Tuesday's contest with nine straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17.6 points) and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 54-38 win over Delhi Charter.
Delhi's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jay Wright led the charge by scoring 14 points along with five steals. Wright hasn't dropped below three steals for six straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Carvon Percy, who scored ten points.
The win got Tensas back to even at 8-8. As for Delhi, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 matches, which provided a massive bump to their 18-7 record this season.
